well, after investing what would be a thousand dollars worth of my time if i was working for someone else, perhaps a little more detailed feedback would be not only polite, but politic. any chance of that?  especially if my proposal is being used as a framework for development by someone else.

my proposal was developed in response to a specific request for a proposal by robert lincoln and mike campbell and the impression i received from him was that it was urgently needed and would be acted on in some organized fashion. that was eight months ago...
